COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Terms of Carriage

These Terms of Carriage set out the standards expected from passengers, staff and community members when taking part in our flights, platforms and communication spaces.

INTRODUCTION

Dear Passengers,

It is our pleasure to welcome you to Air Arabia and to our Terms of Carriage. We want every member of our community to feel informed, respected and confident in the experience we provide.

These terms explain the standards and expectations that help our community operate smoothly, safely and fairly. By participating in our flights, servers, events or communication channels, you are expected to follow these rules and any reasonable instructions issued by authorised staff.

Thank you for choosing to be part of our community. Whether this is your first journey or one of many, we are delighted to have you with us and look forward to welcoming you onboard.

Chatting Regulations

Spamming

To keep our communication channels organised and enjoyable, members must not spam messages, emojis, images, mentions, reactions or other repetitive or disruptive content. Content designed to flood, obstruct or make normal conversation difficult may also be treated as spam.

Respect

All members are expected to treat one another with courtesy, respect and consideration. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, targeted abuse, threats, deliberately disrespectful behaviour or conduct intended to make another member feel unsafe or unwelcome will not be tolerated.

Inappropriate or NSFW Content

Sexually explicit, graphic, inappropriate or otherwise unsuitable content is prohibited across our platforms and communication channels. This includes text, images, audio, links, usernames or other material that would not be appropriate for a general community audience.

02

Additional Regulations

Raiding

Organising, participating in or encouraging raids against Air Arabia or any other community is strictly prohibited. Coordinated attempts to disrupt servers, overwhelm communication channels, interfere with events or negatively affect another community may result in immediate moderation action.

Exploitation

Passengers and staff must participate in flights and community activities fairly and as intended. Exploiting glitches, unintended game mechanics, permissions, bots or other systems to gain an unfair advantage, disrupt operations or negatively affect others is prohibited. Known issues should be reported rather than deliberately abused.

Voice Chat Etiquette

Voice channels must remain comfortable and usable for everyone. Members must not intentionally play excessively loud, disruptive, distorted or inappropriate audio. Please use a reasonable microphone volume, avoid unnecessary background noise and be considerate of other participants.

03

Community & Privacy

Advertising

Advertising or promoting external servers, communities, groups, products or services without prior permission is prohibited. This includes unsolicited promotional messages, links, direct messages and repeated attempts to direct members towards external communities or content.

Personal Information

Members must not expose, request, publish or distribute personal or private information belonging to themselves or others through our platforms or communication channels. Respect the privacy of fellow members and never share another person's private information without clear permission.

Impersonation & Misrepresentation

Members must not impersonate staff, falsely claim authority, misrepresent official decisions or use names, roles or accounts in a way that could reasonably mislead others about who they are or what authority they hold within the community.

04

Moderation & Enforcement

Moderation Action

Where these terms are breached, authorised staff may take proportionate action depending on the seriousness, context and frequency of the behaviour. This may include warnings, content removal, communication restrictions, removal from an event or flight, temporary suspension or permanent removal from community spaces.

Evading Moderation

Attempting to avoid a moderation action through alternate accounts, rejoining through other means, asking others to act on your behalf or otherwise deliberately bypassing restrictions may result in further action.

Reporting Concerns

If you experience or witness behaviour that appears to breach these terms, please report it to the team through the Contact page or another recognised staff channel. Reports should be made in good faith and include enough information for the team to review the concern fairly.

Reviews & Appeals

Members may ask for a moderation decision to be reviewed. Reviews are considered by the team based on the available information, the nature of the incident and any relevant history. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that a decision will be changed.

05

Application of These Terms

Scope

These terms apply across official community spaces, including flights, events, Roblox experiences, servers and communication channels operated for Air Arabia Virtual. Conduct outside those spaces may also be considered where it directly threatens the safety, privacy or operation of the community.

Reasonable Instructions

Members are expected to follow reasonable instructions from authorised staff when those instructions are intended to maintain safety, order, fairness or the smooth running of a flight, event or community space.

Updates

These Terms of Carriage may be updated when community needs, systems or standards change. The version published on this website is the current version. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate community channel where practical.

Unlisted Conduct

No set of rules can describe every possible situation. Conduct that clearly undermines the safety, privacy, fairness or normal operation of the community may still be addressed by the team even where the exact behaviour is not listed word-for-word in these terms.
